MCS at Manufacturing Technology Ireland

MCS was formed in 1986, at a time when its local area was booming with manufacturing. This enabled MCS to grow quickly and establish itself as a supplier of quality, precision components. As the company’s reputation grew, customers came from further a field, and MCS worked hard to gain orders from other areas, partly because it had the foresight to see the potential decline of the Midlands' automotive industry.

Today, MCS' customers come from all over Europe and from a wide range of industries. The shop floor houses several CNC fixed head, CNC sliding head and CNC machine centres enabling them to compete on a global scale with the production of turned parts and machined components. MCS still has a crucial involvement in the automotive industry, but it's also firmly established in other areas such as the medical, aviation and environmental industries.

MCS at Manufacturing Technology Ireland

MCS has become expert in its respective fields. Its team of specialist staff and highly advanced equipment list equate to the company having a wealth of experience and capability to offer customers who require precision, quality, timely delivery and an overall exceptional standard.

MCS is always looking for new, exciting markets. Expansion and diversity are considered to be very important by MCS' senior management. The Manufacturing Technology Ireland show is seen to be a prime opportunity by the MCS team as they wish to increase their share in and penetration of the Irish market. Sales Director, Warren Gray, says "The Irish market is extremely promising for us. There are a lot of organisations with whom we would really like to work with and where we could certainly add value. Blend that with the booming economy in Ireland and it is very clear that we need to show these organisations what we can do for them."

MCS will be exhibiting at the show on the 7th and 8th of November with further information and samples of previous work.
